Jinzhou Wonder Mould Industry Co., Ltd, set up in January 2008 with a facility area of 10000 square meters and 100 employees, is a manufacturing integration of stamping parts, sintered iron parts, precise moulds, eyerings and connector rods.
The company is located in Jinzhou eco. & tech. development zone Wonder industrial park. With abundant industry experience and technical advantages, the company has produced high quality stamping parts, sintered iron parts and moulds since foundation. Advanced management is also implemented to improve product quality. We always insist on innovation, specialty and concentration to build our brand a world-wide reputation in the near future.
Our current manufacture equipments include 80-ton, 63-ton & 160-ton punch, 60-ton & 100-ton automatic press, 60-ton automatic mechanical finishing machine, 40-ton automatic hydraulic finishing machine, continuous mesh belt sintered furnace, continuous mesh belt steam treatment furnace, automatic piston slot-cutting machine, automatic piston wrapping machine, automatic cutting machine, chamfering machine, etc. The mould manufacture center is composed by conventional turning, milling, planing & grinding machine and manufacture center, EDM, CNC turning machine as well. We also set up a testing center with precise inspection equipments like coordinate measuring machine, projector, profilometer, deflection instrument, mechanical performance testing machine, metallographic microscope and analytical balance, etc. We will continue to improve our professional equipments, investment and R&D efforts and try to receive the certificate of TS16949 this year.
